We undertook the full fit-out of the new steel-framed Lakehouse Restaurant at this coastal family adventure park.
We provided the new restaurant and café area, which included two bars, a pizzeria and ice cream parlour, as well as new outside terrace areas, new commercial kitchens and a welcoming reception area. A key feature for the Lakehouse development was the installation within the building, of a fishing boat, to reflect the local heritage.
We undertook the works whilst the Holiday Park was closed for the winter. The ninety-nine day programme was hampered by the exceptionally bad weather. Nevertheless we achieved the programme and delivered the project within the budget.
