Terry started his career as a joiner for various specialist fit-out contracting firms, working his way up to foreman and site manager. He joined G F Holding in 1997 as a site manager, and became a Contracts Manager in 2011. G F Holding supported Terry in undertaking an ONC, HNC and Diploma in Building Studies at Blackpool & Fylde College. Terry left G F Holding at the end of 2018, and returned in January 2020.
Terry works on a range of leisure projects, including bars, restaurants, cinemas and casinos. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
