We undertook the refurbishment of this Casino and entertainment venue. To enable the Casino to continue operating during the refurbishment we undertook the works over four phases. The Casino’s brief was to undertake the works within ten weeks. With careful planning, we delivered the programme within eight weeks.
Grosvenor Casino Sheffield is open 24 hours, seven days per week, providing poker and a traditional casino. The Casino offers the UK’s most innovative gaming experience, with the largest dedicated state-of-the-art Electronic Gaming Arena outside London. We delivered this multi-sensory gaming experience which is the first of its kind in the UK, and is exclusive to Grosvenor. In addition we designed and installed an entertainment area which includes a 5 metre HD screen, with a further 12 screens with surround sound and booth seating.
The Casino includes three different food concessions – chicken shack, ‘Absurd Bird’; stone-baked pizza specialists, ‘Barrel & Stone’; and dim-sum operators, ‘Ping Pong’. We liaised closely with each operator to deliver their particular needs.
