1st January 2025 marks a change in the senior management team at G F Holding, with Jeff Barton starting his well-earned retirement after 43 years’ service and Martin Leyden taking over the Managing Director role. Martin, who has shadowed Jeff for the last few years in preparation for becoming the Managing Director, will continue to be supported by our Chairman, Simon Holding, Pre-Construction Director, Neil Poole, Construction Director, John Dodds, Finance Director, Liam McKeever and Associate Directors, Terry Barnes and Lee Chadwick
As we near the end of 2024, we can reflect on a highly successful year having delivered projects such as: the award-winning exclusive members’ club, The NinetyThird by Qatar Airways at The O2; Pantechnicon in Mayfair, a refined venue with various food & beverage offerings; as well as multiple projects for Everyman Cinemas, Genting Casinos, Hollywood Bowl, Napoleons Casinos, Odeon Cinema and Santander. We are looking forward to continuing to deliver fast-track, high-quality projects for the leisure and financial sectors during 2025.
Jeff will be joined in retirement by Associate Director, Andy Smith who has been with G F Holding for 30 years. We wish both Jeff and Andy our very best wishes for their retirements.
